Simply place an order online indicating how many knives you need sharpened, and our knife sharpening envelope will be sent to you. Simply place each knife in a sleeve, package your knives back in the envelope, and put the return label on the envelope. Once your knives arrive to us, they will be professionally sharpened, then returned back to you not just sharp, but PHENIX SHARP!
Yes. Once you place your order, we will send you a envelope and knife sleeves to safely put each of your knives in. This envelope will already have a paid shipping label attached. Simply package your knives and send it off! All shipments are insured up to $400.
We send an extra knife sleeve with every order in case you find another knife you'd like sharpened. If you choose to send an extra knife, we will send you an invoice upon receiving your knives.
Unfortunately if a knife does not fit inside the knife envelope, you cannot send it. We want all your knives to be safe and secure, so please do not send any knives that do not securely fit inside the envelope.
