  • What types of knives do you sharpen?
    We sharpen pretty much anything with a blade. For mail-in customers, we can only accept items that safely fit inside our knife envelope. For a full list of what we sharpen, view our what we sharpen page.
  • Can you repair chips in my knives?
    Yes, minor repairs are included. If we determine that your knives need more intense repair, we will contact you.
  • How often do my knives need to be sharpened?
    It completely depends on how frequently you use your knives. A chef that cooks 7 days a week will need to get their knives sharpened much sooner than someone who only uses their knives a couple times per week. For the average person, we recommend getting your knives sharpened at least twice a year.
